I am thrilled to share a brand new New Service offering. ! At the beginning of 2025 I completed my certification and designation as a Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coach to support women in navigating this powerful life transition with confidence, clarity, and vitality.
As I entered my 40's this year I wanted more personal knowledge, tools, and resources to navigate this stage of hormone shift myself and to have a wide base of knowledge to support my clients also navigating this stage.
